On-Field Technician

Noble Appliance Repair LLC is looking for friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and experienced technicians. We are building an outstanding name in the field for appliance repair and installation industry; that is why we are looking for some individuals who are goal-oriented, organized, honest, dependable, well-groomed and trustworthy. If you possess the following characteristics then, we would like to work with you.

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in appliance mechanics and electronics (including American brands such as Maytag, Kenmore, GE, Whirlpool, and others. Foreign brands such as Miele, Bosch, Samsung, and others).
• Must be registered with the Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair (BEAR).
• Willing to participate in an in-depth criminal background check.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• 3 years appliance service experience is preferred.
• EPA License is a plus.

Our general/ peak operation hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. For your convenience, we offer flexible working schedules in order for you to accommodate your other desires and obligations.

Customer Service Representative

 We are seeking highly motivated and customer service-oriented individuals who want to gain applicable knowledge and experience by working with our company. 

Responsibilities: 

• Answering calls (primarily scheduling service calls and answering questions about our services offered).
• Reviewing and responding to voicemails and emails.
• Data entry.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite for data entry and email correspondence.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Positive attitude and friendly outlook.
• Works well under pressure when it comes to peak times with higher volume of calls.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
